Away from impersonal conference hotels and conference centers, we offer you the right space for successful conferences. In the sun-flooded room, ten people have space for meetings and ideas on 40 square meters.

Each business trip increased Karin Siegle-Kvarnström's dissatisfaction at having to stay in countless anonymous hotels where the furnishings were depressingly similar. She missed the feeling of "coming home" in the evenings. This gave rise to the idea that she might provide serviced apartments in prestigious residential areas of her home town for people travelling on business or leisure: stylish and exclusively furnished apartments, with loving attention to detail and individual service - all in central locations.
